How do you send it?

The print is sent in a cardboard tube for rude use. The print goes rolled up and protected by waxed paper to avoid marks or scrapers, and inside a sealed plastic protection. Hanging label attached makes easy to pull the print out of the tube.

How do I know if my photo is already shipped?

You will receive an e-mail from us to confirm print is on the way to your delivery address.

RECOMMENDATIONS

 Once you receive the picture:

• To handle printing use the gloves included in.

• Make sure the surface where the print is placed is dry and completely flat.

• Use the same paper included to protect the print from dust. Use it to prevent mistreating during the framing process.

• To roll up the print again is recommended not to roll it without first placing the waxed paper in the printed side to have free movement without friction to avoid scrapes.

• We recommend you share this information with the person in charge of framing the print.
